Responsibilities: As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll assist customers with: High-End appliances:From vacuum cleaners and air purifiers to bladeless fans, hair dryers, and advanced lighting solutions.

Sales & aftersales Support:Guiding customers through their purchases and resolving delivery or order-related questions.

Technical assistance:Helping customers troubleshoot and get the best out of their products.

Product information:Educating customers on features and usage of innovative, high-quality devices.

State-of-the-Art resources:Providing exceptional customer service and gaining firsthand experience with the latest products.

What we are looking for: Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).

Customer service experience: Previous roles in customer support or similar fields.

Problem solver: Patient and proactive in addressing customer needs.

Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
