AW LAB** is a laboratory of "urban sport style" trends that offers to its customers the coolest products of the moment, suggesting and inspiring them in creating their own style.
Born in '97, with the name Athletes World, now has more than 200 shops.
AW LAB is part of the Bata group, world leader in the footwear industry, with over 5, 000 stores in more than 100 countries.
AW LAB proposes a wide collection of sneakers of the most famous international sport brands and a wide range of exclusive designs created in collaboration with them.
The proposal is completed by a collection of apparel and accessories of the leading sportswear brand and by two private clothing labels.

General Description and responsabilities of the role
The Brand and Communication Specialist is responsible for leading the brand communications process, building strong relationship with AW LAB audience, improving the awareness and reputation of AW LAB and driving the transition of AW LAB from a retail company to a retail media company.
Her/he will bring sustainable innovation on digital platforms, social media, CRM and stores, in line with AW LAB brand priorities and campaigns; driving and managing effective executions in order to contribute to the development of a unique omni-channel brand and shopping experience for consumers in their relation with AW LAB.
MAIN activities
- To develop strategies, formats, media opportunities, plans and KPIs, then drive implementation and measurement of innovative and highly effective customer awareness and engagement activities on the entire ecosystem of AW LAB (digital - social media - crm - app - stores) to drive the increase of brand relevance and positively impact sales globally, while managing brand reputation.
- To bring AW LAB positioning "the biggest amplifier of the youth generations' voice" to life by defining innovative, impactful and measurable ways of being relevant for new generations.
- To drive the development of an international PR & Communication team/network to create and consolidate relationships with key media, influencers, and opinion leaders across Europe.
- To evaluate current proprietary storytelling content/formats and activities in terms of brand values consistency and consumer relevance.
- To Bring creative innovation and competitive brand insights through a creative network of agencies / leaders in content creation; monitor trends in the sector (consumer, fashion, innovation, sports, cultural trends, gaming etc)
- To provide guidance and support to the Iberia leader team.
- Internal Communications and Miscellaneous
- Coordination of all corporate events
- Management and production of all materials relating to the Corporate Identity for the activities of internal communication
- Coordination of any sponsorship at national and local levels.
- Communication / activities related to stores and franchisee stores
- Management of the Creation of new materials for the communication point of sale
- Management of development of photo and video shooting for AW LAB materials
- Management of production of all materials relating to the corporate identity for the store
- Administration
- Preparation of quotations and orders.
- Checking invoices and updating of administrative documents of the department
**Requisiti**:
Expertise/SKILLS
- Minimum of 1 years experience in the role or as account director in a ADV agency
- Sneakers addicted
- Fluent English, Spanish would be a plus
- Knowledge of digital (and social media) platforms
