**What does the role involve?
**:
As a Brand and Communications Expert you will be responsible for adapting a brand strategy for our company's target market on different touchpoints.
As the brand guardian, you will maintain the brand integrity across all company marketing initiatives, and communications and touchpoints.
You will be at the heart of Hilti's strategy, working in a growing department/team, in an international environment.
Your main tasks will be the following:
Own and project manage the implementation and publication of website editorial content in line with overall marketing roadmap
Coaching, development, management, appraisal and motivation of the Brand & Communications team for the Southern-Europe Region
Develop Brand & Communication strategy for the region and drive implementation across all online and offline touchpoints along the customer journey
Responsible for brand experience across all customer touchpoints, working with all channel owners to optimize user experience
Management of relevant suppliers including video production, creative and translation agencies
Be a key consulting partner for Corporate Social Responsibility projects and Employer Branding topics in cooperation with HR and Internal Communication (Key Visual)
Collaborate with Internal communication, for the key visual part, about PR strategy, co-branding and trademark protection
Manage communication budgets for the Region
Interact and align with global brand management and counterparts in other regional hubs
Define and optimize processes, report on business impact

**What you need is**:
- University degree in Marketing and/or business administration
- Extensive background in communications, branding (preferably in B2B as well as B2C environment)
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Analytical thinker with creative and superb communication skills and proactive attitude
- Project Management as well as conceptual with a strong customer orientation and ability to implement
- Working experience of content management systems (CMS) to deliver online content on time and to a high standard
- Conceptual and strategic planning skills
- Creative potential and initiative to generate new and unusual marketing ideas and mechanics
- Ability to create a vision and set clear, structured and ambitious targets to achieve it
- Proven ability to work independently in a structured way and achieve outstanding results whilst working to tight deadlines
- Ability to multitask and successfully manage and drive a complex range of projects, campaigns and tasks in parallel
- Demonstrates resilience to face challenging situations in a constructive way and persistence to overcome barriers
