Job Description Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the figure will have these main responsibilities: Develop Traditional Marketing Strategies: Collaborate with the marketing team to create comprehensive non-digital marketing plans that align with overall business objectives.
Execute Marketing Campaigns: Implement traditional marketing campaigns across various channels, trade fairs, including print ads, television commercials, radio spots, direct mail, and outdoor advertising.
Content Creation: Create compelling content for traditional marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, print advertisements, and direct mail pieces.
Media Planning and Buying: Identify appropriate media outlets and negotiate advertising placements to maximize reach and effectiveness within budget constraints.
Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as sales, product development, and creative services to ensure alignment of messaging and goals.
Budget Management: Manage traditional marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve desired outcomes.
Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of traditional marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and insights to evaluate effectiveness and inform future strategies.
Brand Identity Management: Define and maintain the company's brand identity, including brand positioning, messaging, visual identity, and communication style.
Brand Guidelines: Develop and enforce brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all communications and marketing materials, both internal and external.
Brand Partnerships: Identify and develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand reach and relevance.
Brand Compliance: Ensure compliance with brand standards and legal requirements in all brand-related activities and communications.
Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketing and communications professionals, including digital marketers, content creators, and communication specialists.
Competenze ed esperienza The successful candidates will have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
A Master's degree may be preferred.
Proven experience (>5 years) in brand management, marketing, or related roles.
Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer behavior, and market dynamics.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to craft compelling brand messages.
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative brand strategies and solutions.
Analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.
Leadership and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
