**Minimum qualifications**:
- 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
- Experience working with digital organizations.
- Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Good communication, people, and presentation skills including consultancy experience.
- Good/advanced knowledge of Google's Video Solutions/YouTube.
- Organized and independent with great proactivity and ability to manage multiple projects from inception to completion.
- Demonstrated business acumen, problem-solving, project management, and analytical skills.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world's biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird's eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Work collaboratively within a matrixed organization to drive growth for Video business, and meet quarterly business targets and other KPIs.
- Provide proactive and sustainable support for sellers during media planning, buying, and post evaluation/measurement conversations and pitches to clients and agencies.
- Drive the Media Efficiency and CTV program locally by consulting on the activation strategy of the Branding clients both domestic and export, supporting sellers along the end-to-end business cycle.
- Grow seller confidence by providing media scenarios, workshops, and upskilling resources on Brand measurement solutions offered by Google and external partners in Italy and on export markets.
