Startup company in the world of residential heat pumps, landed in Italy to revolutionize the industry in the coming years.
The context is young and strongly international.
The team now consists of 100 employees, with the goal of growing 10-fold in the next 3 years.
**PROFILE
We are looking for a **Brand Coordinator** to develop and implement the marketing and communications plan for all activities - ultimately to help customers understand our products and services, drive acquisition and customer retention.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Sales and working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Social Community Manager, he/she will be a key member of a tiny but growing marketing team and have a direct, massive impact on the growth of the business in the **Italian market**.
**RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the coordination and execution of brand and marketing campaigns to drive brand and sales growth, including test and learn campaigns, gathering insight to inform future campaigns and communications
- Create general marketing collateral to support all channels including website and social content, digital ad creative, customer communications, PR releases, sales brochures and product information sheets
- Development of insight driven marketing communications that help consumers understand the benefit of our product and produce locally relevant content with our design studio for our website and supporting channels
- Lead customer insights to drive actionable improvements in customer journey and acquisition
- Lead and deliver brand partnerships to drive growth in sales and brand
- Third party agency management and other external suppliers to ensure that all marketing collateral/activity is produced to a very high standard and on brand
- Collaborate with central Marketing Team (Growth, brand, communications and PR) to utilize playbooks, blueprints and leverage to create local plans and activities
**REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years of experiences in **marketing agencies**, working with B2C or e-commerce clients
- Experience at creating highly engaging content aligned to the overall marketing strategy
- Excellent **copywriting** skills and creative judgement
- Exceptional data interpretation and manipulation skills and experience
