**FUNCTION: Marketing
**LOCATION: Rome, Italy
**TYPE OF CONTRACT: Permanent
**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
British American Tobacco Italia is looking for a talented and brilliant professionist, with a strong passion for the Marketing world, to join the HP (Heated Product) Brand Deployment Team based in Rome. As a professional in our team you will get the chance to discover the Brand Activation and the NPI (product lauches) world, so the process and steps behind each launch in the market. Agency management will be a core task as well. The main reference team will be the HP Brand Team (the above market Brand Team) which will provide brand strategy, context, and brand guidelines to follow for each campaign. You will also have exposure to activities related to offline and online Activation, Trade Marketing, Distribution and SP&I (Strategy Planning and Insights).
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR
- Coordinate the NPI (product launches) path ensuring that all steps will be delivered as per plan
- Guarantee the legal compliancy for each activity to be introduced on the market
- Lead and plan the activities for the Italian market adaptation toolkits received above market
- Manage the creative agency clarifying constantly new needs/priorities
- Plan, track, and report on deployment budget aligned with current planning and reporting structure.
- Build and maintain relationship with agencies and others relevant partners
- Provide support in the development of new brands, by developing timing plans and overseeing production of research materials, artwork, packaging, product and communications to ensure they are developed on schedule
- Understand competition's channel strategy and identify threats and opportunities
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- University Degree in Marketing, Business Management or other related fields of study; Master degree is a plus
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field
- Previous working experience in FMCG is considered a plus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Power Point
- Analytical, attentive to detail, able to see the big picture
- Proactive nature and ability to learn fast
- Multitasking skills and approach
- Fluency in English and Italian languages
