**Description**:

At TrueLayer, we're building a global open banking platform that's changing how money moves and so much more.

We make payments and refunds instant, account data accessible and verification seamless — all so innovators in every industry can build better financial experiences for their users.

We're seeking a Brand Designer to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract.

You'll join TrueLayer's Brand Design team, supporting the company to create impactful marketing collateral across various channels.

As part of our 6-member team, you'll support the organisation on various design requests.

**What we expect from you as a Brand Designer**:

- Creating marketing collateral for campaigns, events, webinars, product launches, blog articles, and reports.

- Supporting the ongoing evolution of our brand and adhering to our design system style guides while contributing to their documentation and development.

- Bringing fresh insights to the team and proposing innovative visual ideas.

- We're looking for someone with a proactive mindset who can get started quickly.

- You should be experienced, creative, and comfortable integrating into teams quickly to get things done effectively.

**About you**:

- A digital portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex problems through smart design across multiple mediums.

- A high proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Figma

- Previous experience of working with design systems/brand guidelines

- Proficiency in brand design, layout, typography and template design principles

- A proactive and self-starting nature - actively thinking of ways to enhance processes and ability to prioritise demands in a fast-moving environment.

- Keen to learn new skills and step out of your comfort zone

- The ability to communicate effectively, simply, and clearly - you can present insights to technical and non-technical audiences, and you like proposing actionable solutions

**We'll be particularly excited if you can show**:

- Experience in the FinTech or payments industry

- Experience with video editing, sound design or Cinema4D
