Brand Development Manager (M/F/D)
Your mission will be to support the development of Nordés Gin, Carlos I, Gold gin, cachaça Santo Grau and sherry wines in the off
- and on-trade.
Drive distribution, brand activation, training and social media in the Italian market (focusing on Rome and the South).
**What will you do?
**:
- Develop relationships with targeted bars, regional on-trade groups, and retail shops to understand where the opportunities are for the brand and work with the sales team to turn these into distribution points.
- Gain new distribution for Osborne brands where possible.
- Work with and train importer & wholesale sales teams to maximize opportunity for Nordés gin, Carlos I, Gold gin, cachaça Santo Grau and sherry wines.
- Work closely with the importer sales team to support the brands in their accounts, with staff training, consumer sampling, events, etc.
- Sell-in activation and POS for brands, to gain exposure and drive rate-of sale increase.
- Host events, tastings, trade shows, run bars and conduct training as necessary.
Support national listings with brand and category training, perfect serve, POS, activation as directed.
- Maintain a database for all customers worked with, including feature, and presentations to be maintained and updated regularly.
- Produce a monthly report of all successes and activation for the monthly brand update.

**What we expect
- At least 3 years of professional experience in commercial management in the Horeca Channel in the Consumer Goods, Beverages and Food sector.
- Bachelor Degree or comparable commercial training.
- Bartender, bar manager, spirits & cocktail courses
- Italian as mother tongue.
- Good understanding of English (minimum +C1).
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, negotiating skill, with good commercial awareness and selling techniques.
- Have a good network of potential customers within premium bar in the area.
- Able to manage different projects at the same time and meet deadlines.
- EU driving license class B.
