Bulgari SPA, within its Brand Editorial Strategy department based in Rome, is searching for an Editorial Planning and Corporate Project Manager.

**Accountabilities**:

**1.

Communication Priorities Planning

- Develop Global Communication Priorities Plan in respect of overall Company Key Objectives and Budget (taking in consideration Global Marketing Strategy, Business Units objectives and Local needs)

- Collaborate with various external agencies, and contribute to design and implement corporate communication projects

- Contribute to develop the Editorial Planning strategy and support the team in key projects roll-out

**2.

CSR

- Lead Corporate Social Responsibility Programs (Health & Education; Arts & Crafts; Sustainability, Ethics & Diversity) working in conjunction with the CSR Central team

- Activate synergies across central & local departments to blend CSR initiatives with key launches & communication projects

**3.

Budget Management and Coordination

- Manage and coordinate the Brand Editorial Strategy budget while providing A&P recommendations on project priorities and spending

- Monitor and track on a regular basis A&P spending in collaboration with the A&P Unit

**Profile**:

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years-experience in similar roles

- Background in sustainability and corporate social responsibility programs

- English fluency is mandatory

- Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks

- Solution-focused and willing to take ownership of projects

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work and thrive in a dynamic environment
