Brand Experience Coordinator (Global Sporting Event) - Italian/English Speaking (Contract) Description The Brand Experience Coordinator will assist the Brand Experience team with the smooth operation and delivery of our client's brand experiences.

The role will also require taking the lead on some of the smaller overlay projects once onsite as well as acting as a guest host on some days at the Client's in venue hospitality space.

We will have roles starting throughout 2025.

These will be contract roles until March 2026.

Key Responsibilities: Assist the Brand Experience team in the production of events and overlay spaces.

This may include helping to source and purchase items, assisting with the layout of these spaces.

Assist the Brand Experience team in communicating with suppliers and venues.

General assistance in the office for the Brand Experience team.

Provide interpretation and translation services as required.

Support the team with all on-site logistical requirements during the tournament.

Develop a clear understanding of the daily program schedule and content.

Ensure first class handling of guests at all times.

Problem solve any issues in a proactive and positive manner.

Work with other team members to ensure all necessary elements are in place to enable the team to operate at full capacity.

This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.

Skills, Knowledge, Expertise: Fluent in Italian and English.

Ability to prioritise a demanding workload.

Flexible – ability to adapt schedules according to change.

Ability to work in a calm, professional manner especially during times of stress.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrate excellent communication skills and ability to build close working relationships.

Be fully briefed & immaculately presented whenever on duty.
