The Brand Experience Coordinator will assist the Brand Experience team with the smooth operation and delivery of our client's brand experiences.

The role will also require taking the lead on some of the smaller overlay projects once onsite as well as acting as a guest host on some days at the Client's in venue hospitality space. We will have roles starting throughout 2025.

These will be contract roles until March 2026. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Brand Experience team in the production of events and overlay spaces.

This may include helping to source and purchase items, assisting with the layout of these spaces. Assist the Brand Experience team in communicating with suppliers and venuesGeneral assistance in the office for the Brand Experience teamProvide interpretation and translation services as requiredSupport the team with all on site logistical requirements during the tournamentDevelop a clear understanding of the daily program schedule and contentEnsure first class handling of guests at all timesProblem solve any issues in a proactive and positive mannerWork with other team members to ensure all necessary elements are in place to enable the team to operate at full capacityThis is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary.
