Brand Experience Project Manager (Global Sporting Event) - Italian/English Speaking (Contract) Description The Brand Experience Project Manager is responsible for the planning and delivery of our client's brand experience through overlay and merchandise programmes. Developing brand experiences, venue fit-outs, uniforms and gifts in line with our client's aims and bringing their brands to life across a variety of touch points, delivered as part of our client's activation programmes. This role requires an individual with strong project management skills, excellent attention to detail and good communication skills. We will have roles starting throughout 2025. These will be contract roles until March 2026. Key Responsibilities: Support (and lead at times) in design and detailed planning of the project and strategies for delivery. Work with the Client to understand in detail the project requirements and scope and ensure all information and operational planning documents are kept updated. Update all itineraries, briefing documents and communications to the Brand Experience, Design and Merchandise teams as and when changes occur. Work with Brand Experience, Design, Merchandise and other parts of the operations department to plan and manage all aspects of the client project including F&B and logistics. Manage internal iLUKA team where required including effective delegation of tasks. Devise and manage project timeline, reviewing critical path and deadline dates to ensure timely delivery of all project elements, as well as advising the Client on deadlines in a timely manner. Develop and manage relationships with the Client and the Organising Committee, including managing approvals. Develop and manage relationships with suppliers including supplier research, procurement, contracting, scope development and cost control. Develop guest experience in line with Client aims and local market knowledge pre-event, and actively manage the guest experience onsite including management of installation in line with design intent and critical path/timeline. Develop training/operational manuals to ensure the team has thorough knowledge of all procedures. Oversee all aspects of operational delivery including management of any logistics required to support the project. Understand local taxes and regulations to ensure compliance. Budget management and reconciliation. Provide regular reports for iLUKA relationship management. Adhere to professional confidentiality standards, company policies, procedures and practices, maintaining the highest level of integrity regarding client management and confidential information at all times. This is not an exhaustive list and all team members will be expected to contribute to any other aspects of the business, as necessary. Skills, Knowledge, Expertise: Fluent in Italian and English. Proven experience in a hospitality, merchandise and/or brand experience project management role. Significant project management experience including client management and delegation of tasks to a wider team. Strong time management and organisational skills with the ability to meet strict deadlines. Excellent client liaison and relationship skills. Ability to delegate effectively and a willingness to lead by example. Advanced IT & budgetary skills. Proactive, positive approach to all tasks and a high degree of reliability. Attributes: High energy, comfortable working potentially long hours in a demanding but rewarding and friendly environment. Willing to roll sleeves up and get involved.
