About the Job As Brand Manager your key responsibilities are: Carry out critical analysis in order to understand the consumers' and shoppers behaviors as well as business performance (consumer insights, sell-in, sell-out, market share, competition analysis) Brief and coordinate cooperation with media and creative agencies to bring to live brand growth activations moments through the year Coordinate cross-functional cooperation for achieving targets set for the brand Innovation: manage current portfolio to guarantee a high performance, new product development assessing market needs.

Control over marketing budget for brand, ensuring its efficient utilization About you To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have: At least 18 – 24 months of experience related to Marketing; Master's degree in Marketing, Economics or Management; Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking; Flexible and Proactive attitude, able to cope with a fast-changing environment; Spontaneously Team-orientated behavior and understanding of cross-functional working; Previous experience in FMCG industries will be a plus; Strong analytical skills with an eye for details; Able to develop trustworthy relationships; About us About us As a world leading food company DANONE stands for international success.
