As Brand Manager Italy you are responsible to further build our brands and to roll out of the strategic plans for Biscoff and Nakd in close collaboration with the Marketing manager. We look forward meeting you.

**Functiebeschrijving**:

- Participate in the management of the operational marketing plan with activities to support the launch of new products and the existing portfolio;

- Implement communication activities for the promotion;

- Contribute to the creation and monitoring of materials and presentations intended for the sales force, and of promotional activities in the stores;

- Participate in the implementation of digital activities and social editorial plans in collaboration with the digital agency;

- Packaging revisions

- Content websites adaptations

- Provide support for the development of the editorials calendar and participation in the content planning and overall strategy

- Coordination with different stakeholders within the company for assets including digital initiatives.

- Social Media and community Management

**Profiel**:

- Master degree, preferably in an economics

- Min.

3 years FMCG experience is a must

- Knowledge about Italian trade structure and media development

- Social media experience

- Good knowledge on IRI/GFK Execution

- Language: Fluent in written and spoken Italian, strong understanding of English (written and spoken)

- Open Dialogue, Passion for Brand development, Team Spirit

- Driving results, loves the "scoring the deal" process and loves to WIN

- Good interpersonal skills

- Social and ambitious person, who appreciates own responsibility and takes initiative
