Brand Manager

Description:
The Brand Manager primarily, will have the responsibility of developing existing accounts as well as seeking and acquiring new accounts and achieve Safilo market penetration in the assigned territory.
Once a new customer is acquired the Representative's responsibility is to maintain, develop and grow the customer.
**Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current and prospective customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization's products.
- Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Determines together with the sales management team the customer's yearly targets and properly conveys them to the customers obtaining their commitment.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Coordinates sales effort with sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service group.
- Analyses the territory/market's potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customer's value to the organization.
- Participates in trade shows and conventions.
- Fulfill administrative tasks such as weekly reports to National Sales Manager
- Responsible for brands representation/visibility in store with continued liaising with Marketing Department.
**Skills and Experience
- Previous sales experience min.
5years preferable in eyewear or fashion but open to other industries
- Driving license and willingness to travel
- Confident level of English
- High flexibility
