We are looking for a Brand Manager for the Face Care category, to join the Italian Eucerin Marketing Team.

She/He will report to the Senior Brand Manager and will support in the development of the brand global strategy in the Italian market, in coordination with global, regional and local cross-functional teams.

**Your Tasks**:

- Understand and analyze the competitive environment, to provide relevant inputs

- Provide monthly updates to business review and monitor market performance

- Evaluate and lead the launch of NPIs in the Italian market, implementing and coordinating the execution of the support plan

- Work with other functions (Digital, Trade, Sales, Controlling and Supply) to develop and execute successful Brand Plans to deliver net sales, gross margin, market share within budget

- Identify consumer needs and market opportunities, developing and executing local consumer activation

- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing team to develop brand activation and promo plans, in line with trade plans and quarterly present the marketing strategy to Sales teams

- Partner with Digital team and Media agency to implement media plans (TV, digital and PR)

- Own the Marketing budget of the Face Care category

- Work in close partnership and collaboration with the Global and EMEA team, as well as the local cross-functional one
