Brand Manager (Cardiovascular)

**Purpose**: Owns and champions the national plan for assigned brand throughout the organization.
Ensures that a brand focus facilitates a Daiichi Sankyo customer centric approach.
Defines and justifies the forecast for revenue and expenditure.
Accountable for successful implementation and evaluation of brand plan.
Collaborates throughout the organization and externally to meet brand and corporate objectives and to gather internal and external insights.
Commissions services from the marketing team to implement brand plan tactics.
**Key Deliverables
- Strategic and Operational CV Plan
- Campaign objectives
- Branded content for campaigns
- Achievement of campaign goals
- Maximization of customer experience (CES and/or NPS)
**Activities
- Localizes brand sections in the CV plan incl.
brand insights, brand strategy and high-level yearly overview of planned activities after receiving DSE CV Plan
- Reviews performance of campaigns in x-functional meeting and details upcoming campaigns on a quarterly basis
- Shares content needs with DSE after detailing activities for next quarter
- Participates in quarterly meeting with medical and market access to define content priorities and timelines
- Works cross functionally with Medical and Market Access to create/source additional local content when required
- Defines campaign objectives and creates tailored, insights-driven content for the customer leveraging European content whenever possible
- Develops personalized customer journeys using European personas that the omnichannel manager would detail further
- Shares recommended campaign options with primary points of contact
- Monitors campaign performance and derive learnings for upcoming campaigns

- Experience in pharmaceutical marketing including multichannel communications
- Experience using data insights and plan appropriate marketing action plan
- In depth knowledge within specialized therapy area

**Essential
- Significant experience of brand management
- Previous success of influencing and leading teams without direct line management responsibility.
- Experience of successfully managing multiple projects to challenging timeframes, with internal and external teams.
- Flexibility to travel when necessary, and occasionally within Europe.
- Experience of effective budget management and making investment decisions.
- Competent user of Microsoft Office software products.
- Full driving license.
- Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably life sciences.
- Fluent English
**Desirable
- Experience of working in the relevant therapeutic market(s).
- Project management qualifications.
- Development of a broad network of professional contacts
- Broader line management experience across related functions - for example, sales management.
