SummaryAs Brand Associate Cardiovascular, you will support the definition of product strategy in agreement with the Brand Leader and global marketing department, implementing supporting tactical plans/projects while reporting directly to the Marketing Head.

About the RoleInternal Job Title: Brand Associate

Key Responsibilities: Develop brand strategy, promotional campaigns, and tactical plans within marketing budgets. Prepare content for Integrated Brand Teams. Develop promotional activities in line with internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Code of Conduct guidelines. Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, and expenses while assessing the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost-effectiveness and results. Identify market insights and opportunities via customer interactions. Monitor product performance and the external environment using appropriate tools and take corrective action if required to meet business objectives. Be responsible for the execution, monitoring, and analysis of the agreed tactical plans to ensure the growth of the brand(s). Collaborate with the cross-functional local/regional brand team, including coordination of the Integrated Product Strategy Plan and monitoring the execution of objectives. Execute central marketing activities as well as regionally initiated marketing activities. QualificationsScientific or Economic Degree. Fluent in Italian and English. At least 1 year of experience in a Pharma marketing position. Operations Management, Execution, and Project Management skills. Effective communication skills, empathy, and active listening. Problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills. Results-oriented. Knowledge of the Cardiovascular area will be a strong advantage. Why Novartis?
