We're looking for a strategy driven Brand Manager (M/F/d) who will help us shape our brand, drive the company to the next level and have the most direct influence on our success.

As a Brand Manager, you are responsible for the development of brand strategies, driving and executing branding activities and creating impact in new and existing markets.

You'll closely collaborate with our internal projects on future products as well as future markets.

Based on market and customer data you'll develop the brand strategy for these endeavors while taking care of brand touchpoints and a consistent customer journey.

Your Tasks - Paint the world green

- You develop brand strategies based on market data and the conclusive analysis of consumer insights

- You execute the brand strategy in various projects to create a consequent brand experience along the customer journey

- You translate our brand strategy and consumer insights into communication concepts and lead their subsequent execution across various channels

- You work with external partners and agencies to execute brand building activities creating business impact

- You develop strategies for new products, expansion projects such as market entries and our brand portfolio

- You set up a KPI-based analysis to track the effects of brand activities

Your Profile - Ready to hop on board

- You gained 2-5 years of experience in a strategic brand management role, in a company or a strategy-driven creative agency

- You proactively develop own concepts and turn them into action by delivering excellent projects

- You are an organized person with strong change and project management skills

- You can show the impact of your work with solid key performance indicators

- You build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with others

- You speak English fluently, every other language is a plus
