**Job Description**:

As CNS Brand Manager on this team, you will work directly reporting to the Franchise Lead, at the forefront of customer engagement and marketing innovation, working closely with your colleagues in Market Access, Medical, Sales, Digital, etc. . . . You will co-lead projects with your fellow brand managers and be a key contributor in many of the work streams critical to our Franchise.

**Your responsibilities** include but are not limited to:

- Support the brand team in strategy development & planning

- Work as part of a collaborative team to execute the brands strategy

- You will deliver both promotional & non-promotional campaigns, tactics, and activities as part of a customer engagement team

- Lead the delivery of key projects across operational plan, this could be anything from the delivery of promotional events as part of our congress plan OR the design and build of our customer facing website

- Support brand team to create customer activation materials and customer events including liaising with agencies and cross-functional teams

- Support in development and implementation of a successful omnichannel strategy for the brand

- Track and keep up to date with marketing performance and be confident to suggest iterations and adaptation to our customer engagement activities to optimise their impact

- Ensure the brands marketing spend is on track

- Work collaboratively with the field team to implement our plans successfully

**Requirements**:

- You will have some previous marketing experience preferable in Central Nervous System or specialistic areas and more than 3 years

- Good understanding of the healthcare environment and the sales and marketing processes that exist within the pharmaceutical industry

- You will need to deliver outstanding project management and governance across all your projects, both within marketing team and across the cross-functional team

- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

- Dynamic, proactive, business and results-focused

- Creative, resilient and agile individual with a can-do attitude

- Team player capable of motivating, engaging and influencing others both internally and externally to the organisation
