TJOB TITLE: BRAND MANAGER Central and Eastern EuropeThe role is part of the UPSA Central and Eastern Europe Marketing Team, reporting directly to the Marketing Director Central and Eastern Europe. The Brand Manager will be responsible for defining marketing strategy, innovation strategy investment priorities, media planning and sales and profit generation, in collaboration with the Zone Marketing Director and Country Leads. What will you need to succeed? 3-5 years of professional experience within Brand management, consumer Health Care experience is nice to have;Ownership and Entrepreneurial spiritPositivecan do attitude and drive towards resultsResiliency: able to lead by influencing cross-functional teams locally and globallyIndependence, organized and structured working styleMental AgilityFluent EnglishThe role will encompass:Define and implement the marketing strategy for the category, with the support of the Head of MarketingMonitor market data and measure business performance against set objectives.

Raise challenges when needed and constantly spot growth opportunitiesRegularly connect with Countries Leads and Distributors marketing teams to share inputs, track projects and markets performanceLead markets in delivering innovation pipeline, with clear timeline setting and strong activation plans; support the Head of Marketing in designing and implementing proper CMI plot where neededPeriodically connect with Global Marketing Team to drive relevant projects for the region and share best practices and learningsContribute to create a culture based on feedback sharing, growth mindset, team spirit, entrepreneurship, and courage #J-18808-Ljbffr
