Founded in 1995, the company has acquired over the years a leadership position in the traditional yogurt market with a very distinctive, innovative and successful communication and marketing value proposition - combined with a remarkably effective commercial strategy.

We are looking for a** Brand Manager** to join the company's team in Italy.

The Brand Manager will report to the Marketing Manager and will be **responsible of**:

- Understanding and developing the business drivers and competitive landscapes;

- Contributing to the definition of medium term portfolio strategy plans;

- Developing and implementing the communication strategy for the portfolio of responsibility;

- New Products Development management;

- P&L Responsibility;

- Leading and driving multifunctional teams in the implementation of the project;

- Monitoring of Brand performances (sales, profit, consumer metrics. . . ) to make informed recommendations.

**Requirements**:

- **3 years experience** in Marketing functions **in FMCG Companies**;

- **Degree**, preferably in Economics;

- Experience in Marketing project management;

- Strong analytical skills;

- Ability to work in cross functional teams;

- Knowledge of **English - C1 level**;

- Strong team player;

- Balance between process and entrepreneurial spirit.
