**About the Role**:
We are currently looking for an Innovation** Brand Manager Innovation Tablets** who will support the Senior Brand Manager in the development of innovation projects for the Tablets category.
**Main Responsibilities**:
**MARKETING INNOVATION
- Development of a Product Range (e. g.
recipes, flavors, pack graphics and size - including CU and TU)
- Coordination of CSU and SPE activities
- Support for product legal matters, nutrition, product quality and sustainability
- Definition of commercial policy, cost development, business case and P&L together with controlling and BUs on local propositions (price, TM, NNP, mktg plans)
**STRATEGIC PLANNING
- Support of strategic brand definition on: Brand architecture and power-branding, communication and positioning, pricing, roll-out, medium / long term profitability
**BRAND MANAGEMENT
- Budget monitoring
- Documentation flow management
**Who we are looking for**:
**Profile
- Master Degree In Economics and Marketing
- 3-5 years of experience in Marketing
- Expertise of FMCG and Brand Marketing environment
- Multi markets and culture understanding
- Project management
- Strong communication skills
- Result oriented
- Dynamic, flexible, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high - pressure situations within strict deadlines
**IT Skills
- Excellent PC command (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Good knowledge of Nielsen/IRI DBs
**Languages
- Fluent Italian (mandatory) and English
- Any other language is considered a plus
