Brand Manager Ipf/Ild
The Position**:
As Brand Manager, you will be part of a respiratory marketing team and reporting to the Marketing Team Leader.
You will be responsible to the definition and implementation of the appropriate strategies and customer centric integrated brand plans to achieve company objective within the respiratory area and ensuring a great customer experience.
There will be opportunity to work with an exciting established brand which has seen immense transformation over the last years and the launch of new brand in respiratory area
In the role you will be involved in leading the implementation of different projects, localisation of global materials and contribute to create multichannel campaign. You will be involved a lot of cross-functional work and it is key to develop strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders including key opinion leaders.
You will be part of a cross-functional brand team, including best practice sharing with peers and developing relationships with Global/local teams. There will also be a series of leadership opportunities for various related projects, large face to face congresses and co-creation with global.
***Responsibilities**:
- Participate to definition of the integrated brand plans in terms of investments and relevant activities integrating all available channels for the respiratory brands
- Develop and implement the activities necessary for the launch of new products
- Participate to create the Integrated Customer Plan in terms of segments in scope, customer journey, content implementation and current legislation
- Contribute to the communication strategy, key messages and the creation of editorial plan. Ensure the creation of contents (promotional tools like detail aid, visuals, video, etc. ) and define the most appropriate channel mix for the products under your responsibility.
- Assure to carry out the product demand forecast accuracy
- Cooperate with Medical Department to analyse the results of the clinical studies to define the key communication messages and assure that promotional materials in support of communication process are coherent with the product strategies and the current laws and regulations
- Monitoring brand performance, customer interactions and other key performance indicators
- Cooperate with medical department in developing and maintaining relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and scientific associations for the products under your responsibility
- Assure the necessary support to Training Service in order to guarantee the correct communication strategy messages and customer journey understanding during Field Force Training about the assigned products/customer.
- Contribute to the implementation of Multichannel Campaign flow and monitoring the execution
- Explore, propose and ensure implementation of added-value solutions for our Customers, designed through a close collaboration with our Stakeholders and Top Opinion Leaders, leveraging feedbacks from Customer Facing Functions, Platforms and Technologies, maximizing data use
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 year of experience as Brand Manager
- Degree or master degree in Economics, Digital Marketing, Marketing or Scientific Degree
- Experience in respiratory or rheumatology therapeutic area is preferable
- Business and marketing acumen
