In line with Jaeger-LeCoultre's long term strategy of the market, the main objectives are to develop Maison's brand equity, attract and develop local clientele, drive sales and set up distribution network in the market, accelerate business growth and brand desirability, orchestrate the 360° engagement plan and enable the transformation of digital and client centricity in the local organization, excellently execute the agreed Maison strategy, build a winning team and organization, and establish a close liaison between HQ, Regional team and the local functions.

**LOCATION: Milan, Italy
**HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
- You have solid experience and proven record in managing, growing and coordinating **strategic** market within the luxury environment
- Aligned with Global and Regional HQs, you develop the mid to long-term vision to **build the path for luxury new retail business** with solid and profound understanding of **omnichannels **and all client touchpoints both digital and offline
- You are familiar with the landscape of **social media development and market's trend**:
- You strongly and truly believe in **client-centric** approach by engaging and leveraging **omnichannel opportunities and tools**:
- You have successful experience and achievement in **transforming business** models, business performances and organizations
- You act as a **change leader and enabler** to challenge the status quo and continuously identify improvement opportunities
- A **retail experience** in watchmaking is a strong asset as well as experience in on boarding wholesalers to operate with excellence mirroring retail network
- You have proven record in planning and **managing P&L**, including sales, distribution, marketing, finance, operations
- You are the **Brand Ambassador** demonstrating strong negotiation, influencing, networking, presentation and diplomacy skills
- You are an **inspiring leader** with a focus on **people experience, talent management and development**:
- You have good understanding of the **Brand identity** and strong fit with **Maison's values**:
- **International and multi-cultural sensitivity** is key to work effectively with and develop a dynamic and diversified team
- You are **autonomous and responsible** for **driving** the business and team success
**WHAT ABOUT YOU?
- You have more than 5 years' business and team management experience
- You have in-depth knowledge of luxury, new luxury, client/retail related business, wholesale, strong understanding of 360° business management, as well as omnichannel client journey development
- You are experienced in leading transversal project management
- You are technology savvy
- You have good understanding of local digital ecosystem and tools
- You have experience in working in matrix corporate organization
- Speaking and writing fluent Italian and English is mandatory and essential
