As **Brand Manager Long-acting antibodies** you will be accountable for managing marketing activities of assigned products to support company objectives.
**MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the Brand Lead as **Brand Manager **you will contribute to the development of brand strategy and marketing plans for assigned brands as well as analyse the market segment, including identification of key growth drivers, opportunities and risks to maximize the business success.
May include management of cross-functional activities (cross-brand projects, congresses management) and determination of distribution channel solutions (including digital, social media, inside sales).
Your responsibilities will comprise the following aspects:
- Actively contribute to defining brand strategy and tactical marketing plan, liaising with Medical, Market Access and other relevant functions for input building and alignment.
Releasing an output in line with the Italian legislation, AstraZeneca compliance and procedures
- Support and work with the cross functional Teams in order to guarantee the effective execution and monitoring of Brand plan actions, making course corrections as needed
- Develop promotional materials for the sales force and implement in collaboration with the digital team the key elements of the brand multi-channel tactical plan
- Working with market researchers to analyse market data and identify key segment drivers, growth opportunities and business threats, monitor brand and competitive performance
- Guarantees support and engagement with Field Force
- Participates in development of training for field personnel on brand information
- Involve and interact with KEEs to organize and implement innovative projects and meetings
- Monitor brand performance (KPIs) and punctual management of the assigned budget.
- Ensuring high Corporate image around Scientific Community
- Managing all activities and Account relationship according with Company Values, Code of Conduct, Guidelines/Internal procedures and Italian legislation
**REQUIREMENTS
- Business or Scientific Degree
- At least 4 years of marketing experience in healthcare or biopharma industry, preferably in similar roles
- Experience in launching products o in field roles (Sales/Medical Affairs) is an asset
- Analytical capability
- Understanding of commercial strategy, methodologies and tools (customer profiling and segmentation, market research techniques including patient journey mapping, competitive intelligence resources)
- Ability to engage cross-functional team and working groups
- Good project management skills
- Strong communication skills
- Successful record of creating and deploying digital content & channels
- Experience of engaging with and leveraging insights from external customers e. g.
KEE's, prescribers, patients and payers; ability to build trusted relationships within and outside of AZ
- Comfort operating in a highly regulated environment and industry
- Adaptation and flexibility required to work in a dynamic learning environment
- Proficiency in English
