**Position Summary
The role of the Brand Manager Marketing Food Nestlé Professional is to develop and execute the strategy for Confectionery, Dairy and Culinary product portfolio dedicated to Out of Home market, identifying key opportunities and issues for the growth, deeply understanding the OOH channels dynamics and satisfying B2B customer needs first and better than competitors.
Ensure consistency vs Emena priorities and is reference for all internal stakeholders with which needs to interface for alignment on activities and verification of compliance with brands strategies.
**A day in the life of Brand Manager
The BM Marketing Food will have the opportunity to provide her/his contribution to accelerate the growth of Nestlè Professional mainly focusing on Confectionery exciting brands (Perugina at first) especially in the independent subchannels (as Pastry and Ice-creams shops, Caffè Bar and Bakery, Hotellerie).
- Development and execution of strong, functionally aligned marketing plans within allocated budget to ensure that objectives are achieved
- Contributes to manage the portfolio with constant attention to P&L to ensure profitability
- Keep the conversation with Zone Emena members to share plans and ensure consistency with Emena strategy
- Leverage on Nestlé brands to ensure that final consumers can experience them out of home thorough exciting activities designed with a "Business To Business To Consumer" approach
- Create strong Innovation and Renovation pipeline, fully managing the projects from idea generation to product launch and post launch evaluation, involving all the relevant stakeholders and business functions.
- Tracks and monitors the performance of the products.
- Monitors and manages PFME spending
- Contributes to the implementation of Digital campaigns and the improvement of our website
