About this job:As Brand Manager, Oncology you will be responsible for the implementation of the commercial strategy in the Oncology area at a national level, by planning and conducting Face to Face and Digital marketing activities to ensure the generation and gathering of insights, opportunities, risks and needs from the local market. This position will be contributing to the strengthening of the Oncology area within the company and will be coordinating with other departments, where innovation, autonomy and a solid partnership with stakeholders is key. In this role you will be able to continue growing professionally by working side by side with experts from different areas during the different stages of the launch of the product (pre-launch, launch, commercialization). As a Brand Manager, Oncology you will:Contribute to the cross-functional co-creation of the rolling 3-year brand plan led by the EMEA Brand team lead, ensuring the recommendations developed through close connectivity with Commercial Development activity meet the needs of the market regarding: investment & divestment opportunities, transition of assets, launch excellence, performance excellence.
Develop and execute the operational Brand Plan in-market through localization/ adaptation of EMEA materials and initiatives.
Seek innovative solutions to maximize brand opportunity, leading on collaborating on development and execution as relevant to circumstance, leveraging extensive local market brand networks to achieve competitive advantage. Understand and meet needs of product lifecycle management through resource deployment planning meeting stakeholder engagement strategies.
Ensure all marketing channels identified for use locally (including but not limited to Digital) are aligned to the Therapeutic Area and Brand strategies and are approved by the EMEA Brand Director (and other relevant governance bodies, if needed).
Co-create brand content according to Affiliate regulatory needs and ensure appropriate training is provided to the Field force team to support their use of the content within the operational brand plan.
Preferred Knowledge/Experience/Qualifications:Significant experience of contributing to the development and implementation of brand strategy to reflect local views and achieving exceptional results to budget.
Experience of working in a Pharma sales organization or similar environment.
Demonstrated experience of managing the brand life cycle within a market.
Proven track record of planning and managing product launches, measurement and revenue growth.
Experience of contributing to/delivering to stretch KPIs, to sustainably grow the brand and maintain performance.
- Experience in working with global teams.
- End-to-end project management experience.
Education/Qualifications:
- Health Sciences academic background.
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages.
