**You will be responsible for positioning CP as the leading oral care equity, while building strong / lasting partnerships with the profession at all influence levels and driving brand advocacy through superior science.

This position is also responsible to drive an omni-channel experience for different stakeholders which include dental students, dental practitioners, dental academia, dental distributors as well as Key Opinion Leaders at all levels and public health.

This position works closely with the Consumer Experience team as well as Customer Development to define the growth priorities, combine expertise and scale learning.

**What you will do

- ** Responsible for the execution of the Professional Marketing strategy for Italy, delivering perceivable brand superiority to as many Consumers as possible at Dentist's chair.

- ** Develop, in partnership with Digital/Brand / Pharma teams, an experience calendar for each stakeholder.

- ** Drive scientific credibility and growth by: Maximize growth with a portfolio of Professional solutions, building advocacy thru science, and building lifelong relationships.

- ** Lead professional insights gathering to infuse into our plans.

- ** Budget allocation and control for Professionals is spent in line with priorities.

- ** Partner with European Division professional, digital and brand teams to work on localizing plans and collaborating on opportunities.

- ** Lead for the rest of the South Europe countries, the cross-sharing of information and coordination of best practices within our region.

**Required Qualifications

- ** Bachelor's Degree in Hygenist, Dentistry, Life Sciences, Business Administration or Marketing

**Preferred Qualifications

- ** 5 years of experience in Marketing, Pharma, or Dental Practitioner (dentist / hygienist)

- ** Strong analytical and problem solving skills, together with an ability to predict/respond to the rapidly evolving professional oral care environment (externally and internally)

- ** Ability to work cross-functionally

- ** Strong networking and project management skills

- ** Excellent verbal/written expression to effectively interact with the leadership of multicultural markets and multifunctional areas - adapting communication style to various audiences

- ** Strong organizational, interpersonal and planning skills

- ** Proficiency in English
