Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Financial AcumenBe aware of the Brand Financial processes:Budget allocation and monitoringMonthly performance analysisBrand S&OP preparation1-year Financial Plan & Long-Range Plan. Analysis to InsightsExecute:Market & Brand Analysis and Market ResearchTrends monitoring and Market/Competitive/Customers actionable insights collection. Customer StrategySupport the development of the Brand & Functional Plan, in alignment with the Brand strategic framework. Marketing Mix OptimizationImplement all activities related to the Functional PlanProvide an innovative, patient-centric mindset and a multi-stakeholder approach to meet strategic Brand objectives. Effective EngagementSupport the Customer engagement digital evolution and the delivery of Advanced Customer ExperiencesContribute to the execution of the In-Field team excellence main processes and collaborate to ensure the understanding of their purpose from the Infield team. Internal & External Stakeholder AlignmentBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders. Demonstrate a deep understanding of the external stakeholders' needs and behaviors through effective presence in the field and robust connection with the In-Field Team.
