Our client is an innovative global healthcare company; for the Italian affiliate we are looking for a BRAND MANAGER SPECIALTY CARE As a BM you will provide input into the Strategic Brand Plan and have ownership for the definition and delivery of the Operational Plan for one of the company's brands (a biological drug in a specialty area).

You will ensure a clear link from brand strategy to all operational components of the marketing mix (across all customer groups).

You will define, own and deliver on budgets at a high-quality level.

Profile: You must have previous senior pharmaceutical marketing experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of success in pharmaceutical marketing.

Competitive and highly motivated, with strong communication skills and a keen team work ethic.

Minimum Requirements Significant experience (3+ years) in marketing, ability to run a Business Plan and manage Opex Demonstrated learning agility Substantial brand planning / brand strategy development experience Strong strategic thinking skills; can manage through ambiguity Strong capabilities to clarify strategic directions and to engage cross functional Teams Achieves results through others across functions, geographies, and a variety of personality styles Ability to plan and organize and prioritize Strong team player with a positive attitude Demonstrated ability to develop multichannel and digital marketing campaigns Excellent in written and spoken English and Italian Education Requirements Bachelor's degree Additional Preferences MBA Immunology experience is a strong plus
