Job Description The LEGO Group is looking for a Brand Marketing Trainee with a problem-solving mindset and can-do attitude to come and join our Brand Marketing team in Milan, Italy. You will help safeguard one of the most beloved brands in the world, ultimately supporting our mission to inspire and develop the builders of tomorrow Core Responsibilities Joining the Brand team as a Brand Marketing Trainee, you will be supporting our amazing team on: Localizing global multi-platform assets, to fit with the local needs. Developing and implementing marketing plans (including activations) for the assigned portfolio, to recruit more kids and shoppers based on key consumer/shopper and media insights. Learning by tracking and analyzing business and campaign performance versus plan via After Action Reviews, benchmarking executions from other campaigns & business units. Collaborating strongly with multiple partners including internal Marketing sub-teams, Sales teams, Operations teams and regional Marketing teams. Play your part in our team succeeding The Brand Management Trainee will support the Brand Team in developing and executing highly effective marketing programs that drive significant consumer sales growth in Italy. It's more than toys, it's culture…and FUN" Do you have what it takes? Digital and media enthusiast. Fundamental understanding of digital marketing and eCommerce. Strong collaborator and ability to work across various internal functions and external partners, in particular with Sales teams. Strong ownership and can-do attitude. Excellent communication and presentation skills with analytical mind. Ability to prioritize, curious about learning, and growth attitude. Team oriented, possesses good interpersonal and communication skills and able to run projects creatively and independently. Advanced business studies or comparable, ideally with a focus on marketing. Proficient written and spoken Italian and English skills. Very good knowledge of MS Office. Please note: Specific benefits for interns will be discussed during the interview process.
