**Brand Partnership Managers are the face of TikTok with brands**: they partner up with them to leverage our advertising products to drive business outcomes across the whole funnel, develop long term partnerships, identify commercial opportunities.
The Brand Partnerships Manager - Growth will be focused on growing our key Italian clients with a focus on performance outcomes
- Partner up with clients to secure excellent performance outcomes and support their growth
- Identify new business opportunities for brands to partner with TikTok
- Own and grow client relationships through product adoption and scaled solutions
- Collaborate cross functionally to ensure improvement for product, process and client relationships
- Coordinate campaign performance analysis and provide feedback on optimised media solutions
**Qualifications**:
- Demonstrated sales track record of achieving and exceeding revenue goals
- Experience in digital and programmatic sales
- Lead generation and mobile app marketing experience are a plus
- A passion for performance marketing and data analysis applied to deliver recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written English and Italian language skills
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit of a business owner focused on delivering tangible results
