Job Responsibilities Understand SHEIN's brand positioning, create and execute marketing strategy to localise the brand experience to target customers. Identify, create, and manage creative and innovative influencer marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and ROI. Identify and activate offline brand events to create customer experience. Drive and Manage PR strategy alongside the Head Office team. Prepare and create reports on marketing performance. Job Requirements Bachelor degree. Have a minimum of 3-5 years' experience with PR, Influencer Comms or a similar role in fashion retail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, Pinterest, Youtube). Fluent in Italian and English. Must have experience in a Digital Marketing role and have a passion for eCommerce and applying new technology. Must have first-hand experience managing Influencer outreach campaign strategies. Strong results orientation. Excellent time management skills. Comfort with multi-tasking in a deadline-driven environment. High level of organization and attention to detail. Ability to spot emerging trends. Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills. Good team player, with the ability to deal with ambiguity and change. Ace Style Service S. R.
