Brand Sales Coordinator
We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Brand Sales Coordinator to join our team and support our wholesale sales network, developed by 5 company-owned showrooms located across different European locations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that each showroom has the necessary tools, information, and resources to effectively represent the brands distributed by the company, coordinating daily operations and monitoring sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Showroom Coordination: Manage and support the activities of the 5 company-owned showrooms across Europe, ensuring that each showroom is aligned with the company's goals and the commercial strategies of the distributed brands. Sales Network Support: Ensure that all showrooms have the most up-to-date information on products, sales lines, and commercial strategies, assisting showroom managers in achieving sales targets. Brand Relations Management: Work closely with the distributed brands to plan, organize, and implement sales activities, ensuring that showrooms meet the expectations and guidelines provided by the brands. Sales Performance Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on showroom sales performance, monitoring sales data and providing feedback to optimize sales activities. Stock Management: Constantly monitor stock levels in the central warehouse, analyzing product needs and planning optimal assortment to minimize shortages or excess inventory. Operational and Strategic Support: Ensure that the showrooms have all necessary tools to work efficiently and productively, working closely with the sales team to optimize processes and strategies. Internal Communication: Maintain constant and fluid communication with showroom managers and brand partners, ensuring that all activities are aligned with company goals and brand expectations. Requirements: Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion, retail, or distribution sector, preferably with experience in wholesale multibrand distribution. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously in a dynamic, international environment, with a strong attention to detail and deadlines. Fashion Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of the fashion market, particularly in women's apparel, and the dynamics of wholesale sales. English Language: Excellent written and spoken English is required. A second European language (French, German, Spanish, etc. ) is a plus. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze sales data and performance, and to provide strategic and operational reports to optimize sales activities. Effective Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact clearly and assertively with internal teams and brand partners, managing priorities and relationships productively. Results-Oriented: Problem-solving attitude and continuous improvement mindset, focused on achieving sales targets and operational efficiency. Computer Skills: Proficiency in Excel and reporting, data management, and sales analysis tools.
