PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**: Brand Trainer is focused on establishing and developing relationship with customers of his area.

Following the marketing strategy, the Brand Trainer provides training sessions on ASICS products, technologies and related benefits to both WHS and DTC staff, ASICS employees and consumers.

Main activities of the role are: education, sales support, collecting feedback from the field, roll out of Marketing initiatives including consumer facing activities as events of product try on.

The activities are organized and planned independently with clients who are part of the ASICS sales network in Italy, in order to support marketing strategy

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

As a member of the Brand Trainers team:

- Follow the activity plan agreed with DTC, Marketing, Merchandising and Sales within the territories assigned: Italy.

- Provide high-quality training to stores' staff and support all the activities assigned such us Sales support, basics Visual Merchandising activities, support Marketing initiatives, including interacting with customers.

- Contribute to maximize direct and indirect sales and conversion at the point of sale.

- Explain the engaging brand history, culture and values of the company.

- Be perceived as an expert: knowing the competition is also key.

- Create best atmosphere and relationship in all the activities and with all the people who you will be interacting with. .

- Report all the activities by using the templates & tools provided.

- Be prepared and eager to learn at the regular meetings and seasonal trainings provided by the company.

- Ensure being up to date in all the knowledge required to be excellent in the activities assigned.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- 3 -4 years of experience in the same role

- Service and educational driven.

- Strong communication skills

- Positive, patient, resilient

- Focused.

- Studies: Higher education, Bachelor Degree or Degree in Sport science and physical activity or Business Administration.

- Full professional competency in English.

- Experience in retail and/or Marketing.

- Full clean driving licence is essential
