Radisson Blu Hotel Athlone **is now looking for a **Food & Beverage Supervisor **to join the team!

If you have an outgoing and friendly personality with supervisory skills and passionate about hospitality, you are what we are looking for!

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ability to lead the team, perform additional tasks to support your manager and make memorable moments for our guests.

- Monitors Food & Drink service, teamwork, and customer satisfaction reporting back to your Head of Department & implementing plans for improvement alongside management.

- Utilises leadership and motivation skills to maximise team member productivity and satisfaction.

- You must provide strong skills during service, whilst ensuring back of house is in order.

- **Requirements**:_

- Proficient in all Food & Drink and Meeting & Events procedures to be a resource when needed

- A proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and team member management

- Commercially aware

- Clear thinker with excellent communication skills
