Breakfast Assistant at Moxy Milan Linate Airport This position is based on a 40-hour contract.

Main Tasks & ResponsibilitiesHelping guests and creating positive experiences. Be a natural host during breakfast times. Preparation, set-up of breakfast, service, clean up, and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food. Restock, take deliveries, and organize BOH areas. Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way. Full ownership of FIFO system (first in first out) of food & beverage items. Follow all food safety, licensing, and health and safety policies to work safely. Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance and record keeping, storage procedures, etc.

). Supporting other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders. Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program. ). Useful ExperienceExperience within the service industry. Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws. Personal experience of travel and travel industry.
