**Mission**:A Breakfast Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and enjoyable breakfast experience for guests.

Here are some key responsibilities and qualifications typically associated with this position:

- **Responsibilities**:

- **Oversee Breakfast Service**: Manage the daily operations of the breakfast service, ensuring high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.

- **Staff Supervision**: Supervise and support front-of-house staff, providing guidance and training as needed.

- **Guest Relations**: Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing any issues or special requests promptly.

- **Inventory Management**: Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and items are replenished throughout the service.

- **Cleanliness and Safety**: Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety regulations in the breakfast area.

- **Administrative Duties**: Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and inventory control.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, particularly in food and beverage service.

- **Skills**: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

English language is a must.

- **Customer Service**: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and the ability to handle guest complaints professionally.

- **Flexibility**: Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
