Currently we are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Jr Country Brand Manager focused on the Oncology franchise.

- At Pfizer Oncology, we have an industry-leading portfolio of 24 approved innovative cancer medicines and biosimilars across more than 30 indications, including breast, genitourinary and lung cancers, as well as hematology.
- The Jr Country Brand Manager is an exciting role within the Pfizer Italy Oncology Brand Team.
Key Experience Offer of this Role
- Support the development and implementation of strategically and cross-functionally aligned customer-focused brand plans, programs and initiatives for the local market to ensure Pfizer meets Brand Revenues and Profit goals.
- Support the development of brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions in the identification of customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and in the definition of all brand programs and initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs.
- Support the brand team, through a close cooperation with FF and Medical, in effectively coordinating the implementation of brand plans through the development of specific plans of action, implementation of activities, attendance at major programs, leading of brand workshops during cycle meetings etc.
- The role will be also focused on innovation related to cross-portfolio and best in class customer engagement programs setting and implementation, will support effective resource allocation for an appropriate cross
- portfolio multichannel marketing, and will support key business operating processes, with the aim to enable superior customer experience in oncology and better patient outcomes.
- Support Country Brand Manager to create, manage, analyze and implement engaging content for Websites, Newsletters and RTEs, Oncology Social Media content plan, including the relation with agencies and content ideation & publishing
Primary Responsibilities
- Drive flawless execution of the marketing & communication activities
- Performance indicator management and marketing intelligence
- Collaborate closely with Country Brand Manager on implementation of local marketing activities
- Collaborate with Digital Client Partner and Customer Marketing & Innovation Manager to enrich communication plan with digital initiatives & tools & make FF confident with delivering digital communication campaigns
- Support the development of country customer-focused brand operating plan, working together with all the relevant functions to identify customer needs, critical success factors and brand opportunities and issues, and to define brand initiatives with clear objectives, resources and KPIs
- Implement Glocal projects and promotional campaigns, ensuring local approval and cooperating with Medical Managers for the adaptation according to local needs and Pfizer internal policies and regulatory requirements
What You Offer
Basic Qualifications
- University Degree (scientific, digital marketing or economic)
- Knowledge in Specialty Market and Products
- Experience with matrix organization working
- Preferred knowledge of local pharmaceutical market and healthcare environment
- Preferred previous digital and social media experience
- Fluency in Business English and Italian (the English Language knowledge will be assessed
- during the interview)
- Good knowledge of computer skills and web marketing
- Expertise/attitude to public speaking
- Business Acumen - understanding of revenues drivers for the brand in local Country
