Your opportunity
Your mission is to develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Your role involves leveraging various digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, programmatic and Google Business, to achieve the expected ROAS and the strategic marketing goals. You will ensure data-driven decision-making, continuous performance analysis, and adaptation to market trends to maximize ROI and enhance the overall customer journey. You will closely collaborate with PR and Media, marketing and communications, merchandising and MIS.
Key accountabilities
Digital marketing activities:
Develop and execute Digital Marketing campaigns supporting the WW E-commerce Manager and the Head of PR & Media in developing a full funnel strategy, coordinating the external agencies with the implementation of multi-channel campaigns, including PPC, paid social media ads, SEO and newsletters to drive brand awareness and conversions.
- Help develop digital brand awareness and performance strategy.
- Optimize its budget allocation and segmentation. Set objectives through measurable KPIs.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of the strategy involving social media marketing, display and programmatic advertising, digital publishers, and search engines; Coordinate external agencies in the campaigns execution and provide with the assets from the relevant departments. Support:
- the definition and execution of SEO strategy: opportunity identification, cross-departmental coordination, agency management, guidelines definition.
- omnichannel strategy: traffic to store, reserve or pick-up in store, bespoke appointments.
- social media publications and with the execution of the editorial calendar
- newsletter calendar, via revenue analysis, website events KPIs, open rate, conversion rate
- Chinese market, contributing to WeChat advertising, paid social media and search engines.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, analyzing the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to maximize ROI.
- Propose ways for continuous improvement; optimizing product feeds, performing A/B test and provide suggestions to optimize the conversion rate of the landing pages. Continuously optimize digital channels and tracking systems by testing and implementing best practices, supporting on CRO by suggesting contents adjustments based on performance data, and staying updated with industry trends and algorithm changes.
- Develop the required business intelligence to support all the above.
- Study market trends and technical evolutions of the digital marketing platforms used, launch of new tools and digital marketing opportunities.
Digital presence and platforms optimization:
Maintain and update online store presence. Ensure consistent and up to date Brand image across third-parties digital platforms, in line with Brand guidelines, to ensure a pleasant customer experience.
- Develop a tracking strategy that considers the evolving technical landscape and the privacy compliance laws; Monitor and perform checks to ensure the health of the tracking systems.
- Support the Conversion Rate Optimization activities providing insights on the customer experience.
- Ensure the online store's presence is up to date and optimized on platforms like Google My Business, review sites, and other relevant directories to enhance visibility and accuracy.
- Monitor third-parties websites displaying Brioni products and brand information, to ensure the Brand is well represented according to the branding guidelines.
Your background
- Degree in business/economics, management, engineering, or other related fields
- Min 3 years' experience in digital marketing, in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, SoMe management tools and digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads and programmatic advertising and tools
- Strong business development acumen. Sensitive to luxury
- Proven analytical skills with acquired methodology and eye for detail
- Hands-on, initiative-taking, pro-active, data-eager, curious
- Excellent at partnering up with people of various personal styles in international environment
- Fluent in English
