WHO WE ARE
HEINEKEN is present in Italy since 1974, when the Dutch group acquired Birra Dreher and the Massafra brewery.
In 1986 it started to expand thanks to the acquisition of Birra Ichnusa Spa, a brewery in Assemini in the province of Cagliari.
In 1989 HEINEKEN acquired Partesa, PARTESA is a company specialized in sales, distribution, consultancy and training services for the Ho. Re. Ca.
Active for 32 years, today it operates in 13 regions with 42 warehouses, employs about 1, 000 people and has over 43, 000 customers, to whom it offers a wide portfolio of quality products (over 9, 000 references in the beer, wine, spirits, soft drinks and food), as well as logístical efficiency, personalized services, training, targeted consultancy and innovative digital tools to support out-of-home professionals to strengthen and develop their business.
In 1995 the Comun Nuovo (BG) brewery was acquired, today the largest in Italy with 2. 7 million hectoliters of beer produced every year.
With the acquisition of Birra Moretti in 1996, HEINEKEN Italia reaches its current size.
First brewer in Italy with 33. 3% market share (source: Annual Report 2020 AssoBirra), HEINEKEN Italia employs over 2, 000 employees and produces over 6 million hectoliters of beer every year in the 4 breweries present on the national territory: Comun Nuovo (BG), Pollein (AO), Massafra (TA) and Assemini (CA).
**THE POSITION AND THE TEAM
As BRM Supply Chain, you will be in charge of implementing and driving our Digital & Technology roadmap for Supply Chain, from production to logistics.
In a role that requires strong connection in our breweries and with Global teams, you will become the trusted partner to our Supply Chain team.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build a strong relationship with Business team to understand their needs and address them
- Translate Supply Chain strategic Roadmap in a D&T architecture (solutions, processes, services, tools), integrated with existing systems and aligned with D&T strategy and guidelines
- Manage Supply Chain project portfolio and coordinate the implementation of all the D&T programs, preparing a risk analysis, planning resource (internal and external) and assuring that D&T solutions are in line with D&T strategies, technologies and security standards
- Manage the budget and play an active role in preparing the business cases related to the implementation of new solutions
- Contribute to partners' scouting and assessment, working closely to our Procurement team
- Drive the agile methodology inside the organization and actively contribute to capabilities agenda
- Develop a Team of Project managers with different seniority
**WHO YOU ARE**:
- MSc or BSc in Engineering, Business, or equivalent
- At least 6-8 years' experience in Digital & Technology, inside organizations with highly complex production processes
- Solid project management with results-driven approach
- Deep business understanding
- A good Cybersecurity know-how
- Data fundamentals
- Experience on agile methodology
- A strong stakeholders manager, a team-player and a self-starter
- Bring outside-in by routinely meeting customers, industry peers, external partners
- Travel time (Italian breweries & HQ): 15%
