Associate - Service Operation

Principali attività / responsabilità della posizione:

Attività principali

- Perform all the activities pertaining to the Service Operation Management, Service Transition Management and Continual Service Improvement of fulfilment and assurance processes;

- Ensure the timely, consistent and effective execution of proactive and reactive activities for detecting and fixing incidents that may impact Sky's fulfilment processes and Telecommunication services;

- Cooperate with all the other stakeholders in the execution of proactive and corrective actions aimed at safeguarding the continuity and the quality of Sky's Telecommunication services;

Requisiti

Experience

- 2+ years in the Telecommunications industry, preferably in the Network Operations or in the OSS/BSS domains.

Technical requirements

- Degree in Engineering or Computer Science, High School Degree in Computer Science or in Electronics and Telecommunications;

- Knowledge of telecommunications networks and services, in particular for fixed networks technologies;

- Knowledge of the service fulfilment and assurance processes of a telecommunications operator.

- Familiarity with networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, NAT.

Soft Skills

- Ability to deliver in a constantly changing environment;

- Motivation to achieve personal, group and company goals;

- Ability to communicate effectively and fluently with stakeholders in both Italian and English, both in technical and business departments;

- Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts.
