Job Summary As a Product & Price Executive in the RE tire industrial (consumer and commercial), you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategies to drive growth and awareness for tire products.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, BD, Sales, and regional office, to ensure the success of product, go-to-market strategies, and new product launches.
Coordinates marketing strategies, including packaging, pricing, expense budgets, advertising, and promotion of the company.
This role will need to communicate effectively on multiple levels, delivering strategies clearly and effectively.
Responsibilities Product & Price Positioning and Strategy:
Develop and analyze pricing strategies, models, tactics, and action plans to meet business objectives.
Define clear product positioning and differentiation strategies along with price analysis.
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the tires market.
Understand the product offering and evolution of the product and the relation to the enthusiast market from the tire side.
Implement strategy for mid-term product planning and influence others to achieve goals and mid-term business plan.
Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches.
Identify new product/application opportunities.
Create compelling product messaging and positioning to effectively communicate product benefits.
Content Creation:
Develop collateral such as product datasheets, brochures, and sales presentations.
Create content including product enhancements and catalogue/spec sheets.
Manage and update product-related content on the company website and others.
Work with regional & engineering team to provide training and support to the sales team to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the right products.
Support the development of sales tools and materials to facilitate the sales process.
Monitor and analyze sales performance after products launch.
Market Analysis:
Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, personas, and competitive landscape.
Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Make data-driven recommendations for product improvements and enhancements.
Work with stakeholders to help deliver value messaging to the target customers.
Requirements At least 4 years of experience in related work.
Car driving skills (at least having B2 driving license) are required.
Experience in pricing/product management, or sales and marketing analytics in the automotive industry.
Familiarity with international working environment.
Ability to establish priorities and procedures for accomplishing work within established deadlines; ability to lead multiple projects and manage toward deadlines and deliverables.
Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and English.
Skills Willing to travel frequently to update market intelligence, no hesitation to work in the field.
Knowledge/passion for mobility/automotive/marketing.
Willing to work in a multifunctional team and able to collaborate with other global teams.
Open to change and must embrace the concept of continuous improvement.
Effective communication and presentation skills.
Strong ability to use Excel and other analytical tools (such as Power BI) to visualize business situations.
Knowledge about the automotive industry and car manufacturing.
Data analysis/visualization tool using skills.
