POSITION INFORMATION

- Datalogic is looking for a BU Controller, this position will be a key member of Planning & Control and will actively contribute in shaping the future of Datalogic's success inside the controlling team in Calderara di Reno (BO).

**ROLE MISSION

- The role will be responsible for supporting the ISM (Industrial Scanning & Marking) Control Manager and preparing management reporting for the Board of Directors and for the Management, ensuring the analysis of variances against budget and forecasts, with respect to P&L, KPIs and investments are explained.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Monthly and quarterly analysis and reporting according to Company deadlines

- Support to Budgeting and Forecasting activities

- Support on ad-hoc analysis regarding product profitability and projects returns

- Monitor Sales and margin evolution and analyze variances vs. Budget and prior years' results

- Support the implementation of new Business analytic tools.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

- Education: Degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics or Statistics- Language: Fluent English; written and verbal communication- Experience: 1-3 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments, in companies where the control is deeply involved into the business.

**OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS

- Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)

- Accounting and strong numeric and analytical skills, detail-orientation

- Highly organized with a reliable working method

- Business acumen

- Ability to work proactively and in a support role

- Highly driven with an ability to work effectively both under own initiative and in a fast paced and challenging context.

- Curious, willing to learn attitude

- Team worker, good communication and listening skills

- Willing to travel would be considered as a plus
