Budget Planning & Cost Controlling Project Manager
The Digital Technology Budget Planning & Cost Controlling Project Manager is in charge of effectively plan and control the budget allocated to the Department, collaborating with all team members across all streams (both running costs and new initiatives-/projects). He-/she identifies and reports timely any discrepancies of actual costs vs. budget approved and oversees preparing the regular figures -/ KPIs reporting. He-/she is also responsible to handle all the operational accounting, contractual -/ legal and financing tasks, working in close collaboration with all company's stakeholders.
- Master -/ Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, ideally with specialization in accounting & finance Fluent in English mandatory;
- Relevant experience at least 5 years in a similar role, ideally within an IT -/ Digital -/ Technology environment;
- High level of accuracy and attention to details;
- Self-starter, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility, proactivity and curiosity;
- Team player and excellent communicator;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Actively supports the overall annual budget process of the Digital Technology Department including figures estimations consolidation and presentation preparation, working in close collaboration with all stakeholders;
- manages the monthly forecast process to monitor progress status actual vs. budget as well as to identify any discrepancies versus targets set or issues -/ risks;
- provides timely detailed analysis of variances by also constantly challenging the Digital Technology Department stakeholders to obtain the information needed;
- manages the quarterly forecast process according to company's process, incl. formal sharing of required information and data to relevant internal stakeholders (Finance, Controlling, Administration, Procurement, etc. );
- supports the negotiation with suppliers both existing and new ones;
- reviews contracts and offers from suppliers ensuring the required contractual -/ legal and financial information is reported, working in close collaboration with all Digital Technology Department stakeholders;
- facilitates the Purchase Orders process issuance both for running costs and new initiatives-/projects, including any extra-budget requests;
- builds, maintains and evolves a reporting toolkit (incl. KPIs) to ensure the key information is timely accessible and to ensure effective cost control;
- prepares analysis to facilitate decision making to ensure financial and cost targets are met;
- prepares executive information with key data to be shared with Top Management on a regular basisVISA REQUIREMENTS (if any)
