**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 13 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2, 300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22, 000 square km.
The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).
Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.
**Position**:
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and compile data for Lifetime Budget planning, with a specific focus on the Games Operations Functional Areas.
Ad-interim, collect updated information from the BDGT Control & Reporting team for all other Functional Areas outside Games Operations, and liaise with the People Management area for up-to-date staffing cost information based on the workforce plan.
- Contribute to the development of the Lifetime Budget for Games Operations, including venue-specific analysis and breakdown.
- Collaborate closely with the BDGT Control team to collect data on current expenses across all Functional Areas, updating short-term reforecasts and long-term Lifetime Budget estimates for Games Operations.
- Collect and analyze information on reforecasts and Lifetime Budget updates for Functional Areas outside the Games Operations perimeter.
- Ensure consistency and prevent overlaps or gaps in the Lifetime Budget planning process for Games Operations, working with BDGT Control & Reporting to align budgets across all Functional Areas.
- Liaise with the Treasury team to support cash flow planning and modelling based on Lifetime Budget forecasts.
- Manage strategic projects related to economic evaluation and budgeting processes.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in budget planning, financial forecasting, and management roles.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
- Proven ability to work across multiple teams and departments, ensuring smooth collaboration and coordination.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with financial forecasting tools and budget management processes.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Project management or financial certifications are a plus.
