The candidate will ensure the provision of maintenance services at the facilities and systems related to the assigned locations. Position:Main Activities and Responsibilities:Conduct technical inspections aimed at surveying and assessing the condition and conservation of entrusted assets. Ensure the development of the program and the provision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, as well as requests for intervention from collaborators and/or suppliers. Manage relationships with suppliers and clients. Ensure the application of company safety plans. Requirements:Degree in technical disciplines (Diploma Geometra; Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering). Previous experience of at least a few years. Other Information:Collaboration with P. Iva - 35k to invoice. Possibility of smart working 1 day a week. Full-time working hours.
