Building Manager Junior - Milano, LacchiarellaLacchiarella, ItalySell&more is looking for a Building Manager Junior for an important company, a leader in property management and integrated services in the Real Estate sector. The candidate will ensure the provision of maintenance services at the facilities and systems related to the assigned locations. Main Activities and Responsibilities:Conduct technical inspections aimed at surveying and assessing the condition and conservation of the entrusted assets. Ensure the development of the program and the provision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities and/or intervention requests from collaborators and/or suppliers. Manage relationships with suppliers and clients. Ensure the application of corporate safety plans. Minimum Requirements:Degree in technical disciplines (Diploma geometra; Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering). Previous experience of at least a few years. Collaboration with VAT number - 35k to invoice. Possibility of smart working 1 day a week.
